Deer Park, Long Island, New York, United States, 10th Oct 2026 — Hypotency, a new licensed adult-use cannabis dispensary, will open this fall at 880 Grand Blvd., across from the Deer Park Outlets. It will be the largest dispensary on Long Island, with more than 30 ordering kiosks and over 100 parking spaces.
The store was designed to feel more like a modern boutique than a traditional dispensary. Customers will walk into a glass-walled lounge before entering an open sales floor, where freestanding display islands are organized by category: flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, concentrates and wellness. A self-order wall with digital menus gives shoppers the option to order on their own.
The owners say the goal was a store with plenty of space, a wide selection, and people who know the products. Rather than working from a script, the team is there to talk: customers can tell staff what they’re looking for and get help finding it, or simply take their time and browse.
